AK777 Terms and Conditions — Rules, Policies & Fair Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ak777 ("ak777", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the ak777 platform available at ak777.pw, including all games, sports betting markets, account services and any mobile applications made available for download.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening a second account — whether under the same name, the same CNIC, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is considered a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ak777 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ak777 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email or any other communication channel. All deposits on ak777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. ak777 does not charge fees on deposits, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside ak777's control.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to a third party, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the limits and conditions described in this section. ak777 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and whether account verification is complete.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission and approval of identity documentation where requested.
• Any active bonus balance must have its associated wagering requirements met before bonus-derived funds can be included in a withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• ak777 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the source deposit method where technically possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, ak777 will contact you to arrange an alternative.

ak777 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules applicable to all ak777 promotions:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements which must be completed before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period as stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of this period.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per IP address.
• ak777 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Live Casino games, Slots, Fish Games and Sports Bets may have different contribution percentages as specified in each promotion.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

All sports bets placed on ak777, including Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and all other markets, are subject to these general betting rules and any sport-specific rules that apply to each market.

Bet Placement: Bets are confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation that your bet has been accepted. Bets that do not receive a confirmation message have not been placed regardless of any funds that may have been temporarily deducted from your balance.

Cricket & PSL Specific Rules:

• If a match is abandoned before a result is possible under DLS or match regulations, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is suspended and later resumed, bets remain active unless ak777 announces a void settlement.
• DLS-adjusted results are treated as official results for settlement purposes where the relevant governing body confirms the DLS outcome.
• In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was placed. Bets placed after an event (e.g., a wicket falls before the bet is accepted) may be voided if the delay in acceptance resulted in a material advantage.
• Player performance markets (runs, wickets, catches) are settled based on official match scorecards published by the relevant cricket board.

Odds & Errors: ak777 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors in odds. If a bet is placed on an obviously incorrect price that differs materially from the true market price, ak777 may void the bet or settle it at the correct odds. Where possible, affected players will be notified.

Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and may vary by sport and market type.

All games available in the ak777 Game Lobby — including Live Casino, Slot Games and Fish Games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or in the case of Live Casino, real-time dealing by professional dealers under controlled studio conditions.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual Slot Games are disclosed in each game's information panel within the Game Lobby. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in individual sessions.

Game-specific rules:

• Live Casino: Table rules including minimum and maximum bet amounts, side bet availability and game variants are displayed within each Live Casino table before you take a seat. Once a bet is confirmed at a Live Casino table it cannot be cancelled.
• Slot Games: All wins are calculated based on the paytable rules for each specific game. Free spin rounds, multipliers and bonus features operate as described in the game's help section. Malfunction of any game voids all plays and pays for the affected round.

• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment instruments or money laundering activity.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or the administrative back-end of ak777.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus offers while guaranteeing a return regardless of outcome.
• Using a VPN, proxy or location-spoofing tool to access ak777 from a restricted jurisdiction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ak777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Use the ak777 brand name, logo or any associated trademarks without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any ak777 software or game.
• Create derivative works based on ak777 content.

ak777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during periods of high traffic such as PSL Finals or major T20 international matches.

To the maximum extent permitted, ak777's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. ak777 is not liable for:
